Petzl BOREO Durable Helmet with Enhanced Protection (Climbing, Caving, Via Ferrata)

About this item

The Petzl BOREO is a tough, all-round helmet made for climbing, mountaineering, caving, via ferrata, and canyoning. It pairs a hard ABS shell with an EPP/EPS dual-foam liner, giving you strong impact protection without a bulky feel. The extended rear coverage guards against hits from the front, sides, and back, while big vents and a foldable headband keep it comfortable on long days. It's certified CE EN 12492, UKCA, and UIAA, and comes with 4 clips for mounting a headlamp.

• Hard ABS outer shell resists scratches and impacts, built for heavy use in caving, climbing, and canyoning
• Dual-foam liner (EPP + EPS) absorbs shock while keeping a low, compact profile on the head
• Petzl's Top and Side Protection design extends lower at the back for coverage against front, side, and rear impacts
• Large vents keep air flowing so your head stays cool during hard effort
• Soft headband molds to your head shape and folds flat into the shell for storage
• 4 clips let you attach a headlamp securely
• Certified CE EN 12492, UKCA, and UIAA
