The levels
Your level is reviewed on a rolling 12-month window: whatever you shipped and paid in the last 12 months counts. Reach any one of the three targets below and the level is yours — or unlock it instantly with points or a membership.
1 · Ship and earn it
Kilos, invoiced value and the service fees you pay over the last 12 months all count toward the next level. Reaching any one target is enough.
2 · Spend points
Rather not wait? Use your points to unlock the next level right away, or convert them into credit on your invoice instead.
3 · Take a membership
A paid membership starts you at a higher level immediately.
Promo codes vs. levels
A level discount is applied to your invoice directly — you simply pay the lower price. A promo code is applied on top: you are invoiced the normal price and receive a credit note for the promo value, so it is always traceable on your statement.
