2026 FDB2 Updated Adjustable Dumbbell Set of 2, 5-in-1/10-in-1 Weights Dumbbell Set with Storage Box, 25lbs/55lbs Adjustable Weights with Anti-slip Silicone Grip, Weight Set For Home Gym Suit both Men and Women

About this item

This set gives you 2 adjustable dumbbells that replace a whole stack of fixed weights, each one adjustable from 4 lbs up to 25 lbs across 5 settings (50 lbs total for the pair). Just place the dumbbell on its base, rotate to the weight you need, and lift — a dual-lock mechanism secures the plates automatically once it's off the base, safe even for overhead lifts. The plates are cast iron covered in thick PE plastic for long-term durability, and the handle has a 33mm silicone grip so it won't slip out of sweaty hands. A storage tray is included, keeping your setup compact and organized for home gym use.

• Pair of adjustable dumbbells, each one going up to 25 lbs — 50 lbs total for the set
• 5 weight settings per dumbbell: 4, 10, 15, 20, and 25 lbs, changed with a quick turn of the dial
• No tools needed — set the dumbbell on its base, twist to the weight you want, then lift; the handle locks the plates in place as soon as you pick it up
• 33mm textured silicone grip keeps your hands steady even when sweaty
• Cast iron plates wrapped in thick PE shell — solid weight that resists cracking or bending over time
• Comes with a storage tray, saving the space of a full rack of separate dumbbells — good for home workouts, men or women
