2026 FDB2 Updated Adjustable Dumbbell Set of 2, 5-in-1/10-in-1 Weights Dumbbell Set with Storage Box, 25lbs/55lbs Adjustable Weights with Anti-slip Silicone Grip, Weight Set For Home Gym Suit both Men and Women

About this item

This set includes two adjustable dumbbells, each shifting between 4, 10, 15, 20, and 25 lbs (50 lbs combined) with a quick rotate-and-lift motion — no separate pins or tools needed. The handle grip is coated in 33mm of textured rubber for control during heavy reps, and a dual-lock mechanism keeps plates secure even during overhead lifts. Plates are cast iron on the inside with a durable PE outer shell, and the set comes with a storage tray to keep everything organized at home.

• Pair of adjustable dumbbells, each one adjusts from 4 to 25 lbs across 5 settings — 50 lbs total for the set
• Twist to pick your weight while the dumbbell sits on its base, then lift; the handle locks the plates in place automatically
• Comes with a storage tray to keep the plates organized and off the floor
• 33mm textured rubber grip on the handle for a secure hold even with sweaty hands
• Weight plates use a cast iron core wrapped in thickened PE shell, built to resist cracking and denting over time
• Swaps out for multiple sets of fixed dumbbells, saving floor space in a home gym
