FLYBIRD Adjustable Weight Bench, 1000LB Zero-Gap Foldable Workout Bench

About this item

The FLYBIRD Adjustable Weight Bench is a heavy-duty, 1000 lb-rated bench built from 2mm steel for stable home strength training. It offers 8 backrest angles, 3 seat positions, an adjustable zero-gap seat, and a dual-adjustable leg holder for flat, incline, decline and core exercises. The extended seat and backrest fit taller, broader users comfortably, while built-in wheels and a folding frame make it easy to move and tuck away when you're done.

• 2mm reinforced steel frame holds up to 1000 lb, with a wide stabilizer base for a solid, no-wobble feel
• Sliding seat closes the gap between seat and backrest so your hips and lower back stay supported at any angle
• 8 backrest positions (90° to -28°) and 3 seat positions cover flat, incline, decline and upright training, with a spring-loaded pin for fast angle changes
• Leg holder extends 8.27"–10.24" with 4 angle settings and padded rollers to fit different leg lengths for decline and core work
• Extended 31.5" x 11.8" backrest and 16.7" x 13.8" seat give taller, broader lifters (up to 6'7") room to train comfortably
• Built-in wheels and a fold-down design shrink the bench by about 80% for easy one-person moving and storage
