About this item

This wrap wraps a thickened gel pad around your thumb and wrist for focused hot or cold therapy, built to hold its temperature roughly 25% longer thanks to its dual cooling system and ice-silk fabric. The ergonomic shape follows your hand's contour, so you can keep typing, lifting, gardening or crocheting while it works. It's useful for easing carpal tunnel, arthritis, tendonitis and quervain's tenosynovitis pain, and comes in two sizes — measure your hand's widest point to pick between S/M (2.6"-3.5") and L/XL (3.5"-4.5").
