This ipolex media converter bridges multimode LC fiber and standard copper Ethernet, letting you run a Gigabit connection over fiber up to 550 meters using OM3/OM4 cable. It ships with a 1000BASE-SX SFP module and power supply, so it works right away with no configuration. The RJ45 side auto-negotiates speed and duplex mode, making it easy to drop into any existing network setup.
