The Yamaha FC4A is a sustain pedal made to mimic the feel and response of an acoustic piano's pedal. Its rubberized base grips the floor so it won't slide during use, and the mechanism runs quieter than older versions. Beyond sustain duty on keyboards and digital pianos, it also works as a general footswitch for synthesizers, tone modules, and drum machines. It includes a 6-foot cable ending in a 1/4" phone plug.
