This HexClad cleaver pairs a 67-layer Damascus steel blade with a full tang for strength and balance. The 7.5-inch double-beveled edge is heat-treated using the Honbazuke method to hold a sharp 12-degree angle, making it capable of cutting through vegetables, proteins, tendons, and bone. A 4.5-inch Pakkawood handle gives a solid, ergonomic grip, bringing the knife's total length to 12.5 inches. Hand wash only and hone often to keep the edge performing at its best.
