About this item

A full-size 4/4 violin built from basswood with a maple neck and scroll, designed for beginners who want to start playing right away. The bridge comes preset, and the box includes the bow, rosin, padded case, extra strings, shoulder rest, mute and fingerguide. As with any new string instrument, expect to retune several times over the first few days before the strings settle, and lightly scrape the rosin before first use so it grips the bow properly.
