About this item

The SIX X15000 is a 1TB M.2 2280 NVMe SSD built on the PCIe Gen5.0x4 interface, hitting sequential speeds up to 14,356MB/s read and 13,662MB/s write. Random access performance reaches 2,000K/2,000K IOPS thanks to SLC dynamic caching, keeping things smooth during heavy multitasking, 8K streaming, or gaming. Its 6nm controller and 3D TLC NAND keep thermals around 73°C passively, with up to 1.7x better power efficiency than Gen4 drives, and it ships with a heatsink installed for extra cooling support.
