Gaiam Thick Yoga Mat, Exercise & Fitness Mat with Easy-Cinch Carrying Strap

About this item

This Gaiam mat is built with thick 10mm NBR foam so your joints get real support during yoga, Pilates or any floor workout on a hard surface. The textured surface keeps you steady during dry sessions, and the foam wipes clean easily with a damp cloth. It rolls up light and compact, with an adjustable strap included for carrying it between rooms or classes.

• 10mm (2/5") NBR foam gives your knees, hips and joints real cushioning on hard floors
• Textured top surface grips well for dry indoor workouts, yoga, Pilates and stretching
• Low-odor foam wipes clean with a damp cloth; any new-mat smell fades in 24-48 hours of airing out
• Works well on wood, tile or concrete for yoga, Pilates, core work, stretching and physical therapy
• Lightweight design rolls up fast with an adjustable strap for easy carrying and storage
• Measures 72"L x 24"W x 2/5" thick and weighs about 3.11 lbs
