About this item

The FreezeSleeve Flat Pak is a large 12" x 17" gel pack that switches between hot and cold therapy depending on what your body needs. Its Hydra-Gel fill stays soft and flexible even when frozen, so it wraps around curves like the hip, back, or leg instead of sitting stiff. Heat it in the microwave for about 30 seconds or freeze it for 2 hours, then apply it straight to the area for relief from aches, swelling, or post-surgery discomfort. Built to be reused again and again.

Works hot or cold: microwave it 30 seconds for heat therapy, or freeze 2 hours for a cold pack
Big 12" x 17" size covers wide areas like the back, hips, neck, and legs in one go
Made with Hydra-Gel, so it stays soft and bendy even straight out of the freezer, molding to your body
Reusable design good for recovery after hip or ACL surgery, muscle strains, and everyday aches
No sleeve or wrap needed — just heat or chill it and lay it directly on the sore spot
