About this item

Elgato's 4K X is a USB capture card built around full HDMI 2.1, handling 4K at 144fps or 1080p at 240fps with almost no delay. VRR passthrough removes tearing and HDR10 is fully supported for sharper, richer footage. It hooks up to consoles, PC, Mac, or even an iPhone 15, and drops straight into OBS and other major streaming software. Measures 112 x 72 x 18mm and weighs just 91g, with a USB-C cable and HDMI cable included.

• Captures 4K at up to 144fps, or 1080p at up to 240fps, through HDMI 2.1 in/out
• VRR passthrough kills screen tearing while USB 3.2 Gen 2 keeps latency near-zero
• HDR10 supported for both recording and passthrough
• Plug-and-play with PS5, Xbox Series X, Switch, Steam Deck, PC, Mac and iPhone 15
• Runs with OBS, Streamlabs, Twitch Studio, Restream, Zoom and Teams for streaming anywhere
• Box includes the capture card, a 150cm USB-C to C cable, and a 200cm 8K-rated HDMI cable
