About this item

This wrap wraps snugly around the thumb and wrist to deliver hot or cold therapy right where it hurts. A gel pad paired with ice-silk fabric holds temperature about 25% longer than basic wraps, giving steadier relief for conditions like carpal tunnel, arthritis, and tendonitis. The ergonomic shape moves with your hand instead of against it, and the soft fabric stays comfortable on skin. Pick S/M for a hand width of 2.6"–3.5" or L/XL for 3.5"–4.5"; it fits either hand.

Two sizes available: S/M fits hand width 2.6"–3.5", L/XL fits 3.5"–4.5"; works on either hand
Dual cooling system with ice-silk fabric and a gel pad keeps cold (or heat) going about 25% longer
Thick gel pad centers on the thumb and wrist, aimed at easing carpal tunnel, arthritis, tendonitis, and De Quervain's pain
Shaped to follow the hand's natural curve so you can still move while it works
Soft, silky fabric sits gently on skin and won't irritate during use
Handy for gym sessions, desk work, gardening, breastfeeding, crocheting, or any repetitive-strain recovery
