Sony FE 50mm F1.8 Compact Lightweight E Mount Lens with Beautiful Dedofusing Bokeh Compatible with Full Frame and APS C Camera SEL50F18F, Black, Lens Only

About this item

The Sony FE 50mm F1.8 (SEL50F18F) is a compact, lightweight prime lens built for Sony E-mount cameras, both full-frame and APS-C. A wide F1.8 aperture and 7-blade circular diaphragm deliver creamy background blur, while the aspherical element and double Gauss design keep images sharp with minimal distortion. A quiet DC motor handles autofocus smoothly, though some motor sound may be picked up when recording video. This listing includes the lens only, in black.

• F1.8 maximum aperture with a 7-blade circular diaphragm for smooth, soft background blur
• Aspherical element controls spherical aberration and coma for sharp, clean images
• Double Gauss optical design keeps field curvature and distortion in check
• Metal lens mount for a sturdy build and premium feel
• Quiet DC motor autofocus drives all lens groups smoothly for photos and video
• Just 186g and compact, works on full-frame E-mount bodies and gives a 75mm equivalent field of view (32° angle of view) on APS-C cameras
