About this item

The 10Gtek A7S2 media converter lets you extend a Gigabit Ethernet network over fiber without changing how the network behaves. It bridges 10/100/1000Base-Tx copper to 1000Base-SX fiber using the included 850-nm multimode SFP module with Dual LC connectors, reaching distances up to 550 meters. The RJ-45 side supports auto-negotiation and auto MDI/MDI-X, so it plugs straight into existing copper networks. This listing includes two converters, each with a UL-certified 5V-1A power adapter.
