Chef Knife Set 3 PCS, Damacus Kitchen Knife Set with G10 Handle

About this item

This 3-piece Damascus knife set covers the main kitchen tasks with an 8" chef knife, 7" santoku, and 5.5" utility knife. Each blade is forged from 67 layers of steel with a 10Cr15CoMoV core, hardened to 60–62 HRC and honed to a 10–15° edge for sharp, clean cuts. The full-tang construction and triple-rivet G10 handle give it a solid, balanced feel, while the angled bolster keeps your grip comfortable during long use.
