This is a 1/2 inch NPT brass solenoid valve built for 12V DC systems, normally closed until powered. It's rated for pressures up to 145 psi or vacuum, and handles water, air, gas, diesel, gasoline and glycol lines without issue. The semi-direct lift design and wide orifice make it a solid pick for low-pressure or gravity-fed setups where a tight shutoff matters.
