About this item
The Buyers Products TGC32508V is an aluminum air cylinder built for dump truck tailgate systems, letting operators latch and unlatch the tailgate straight from the cab. It has an extruded aluminum body around a tie rod core, sized at 3.25 inch bore, 1 inch rod, and 8 inch stroke. Internal pillow valves keep the piston moving smoothly and reduce wear from wall contact, while the clevis mount gives it a stable, aligned fit on most tailgate configurations.
- Lets dump truck drivers open and close tailgate latches from the cab, no need to climb out during loading
- Extruded aluminum body with enclosed tie rod design for a durable, long-lasting cylinder
- 3.25 inch bore, 1 inch rod, 8 inch stroke - built for tailgate and general pneumatic work
- Pillow valves keep piston movement smooth and stop it from banging the cylinder walls
- Clevis mount for solid, aligned attachment on various dump truck tailgate setups
