About this item

This kit gives you a complete linear motion setup: two 1000mm HGR20 guide rails made of Gcr15 steel, paired with four HGH20CA slider blocks. The rails measure 17.5mm high and 20mm wide, use M5x16mm bolts for mounting, and come pre-drilled for quick installation. A rust-resistant oxidized finish combined with stainless steel bearings keeps the sliders moving smoothly with minimal friction, making this set suitable for CNC routers, lathes, mills and similar automated machinery.

Kit includes 2 HGR20 linear rails (1000mm/39.37in each) plus 4 HGH20CA carriage slider blocks
Rail dimensions: 17.5mm height x 20mm width, Gcr15 steel construction, M5x16mm mounting bolts
Pre-drilled mounting holes on aluminum alloy rail body for straightforward setup
Oxidized surface finish resists rust and reduces friction for smoother slider travel
Stainless steel bearings inside sliders give low-noise, low-maintenance linear motion
Fits DIY CNC routers, lathes, mills, laser machines and other automation equipment
