tarte tartelette tubing mascara – Lash Extensions in a Tube, Easy-to-Remove Eye Makeup, Clinically Proven to Volumize & Curl, 24Hr Smudge-Proof Longwear, vegan & cruelty-free

About this item

Tarte's Tartelette Tubing Mascara coats lashes in a flexible tube formula that mimics lash extensions, then slides off easily with warm water instead of harsh rubbing. The 360° wand with 296 bristles separates and lifts for a fanned, defined look, while shea butter, castor oil and carnauba wax condition as they lengthen and volumize. Clinically tested to curl and hold for 24 hours without flaking or smudging, it's vegan and cruelty-free.
