Nikon NIKKOR Z 40mm f/2 | Large Aperture 40mm Prime Lens for Z Series mirrorless Cameras | Nikon USA Model

About this item

The NIKKOR Z 40mm f/2 is a small, light prime lens for Nikon Z series mirrorless cameras, genuine Nikon USA model. Its f/2 aperture gives soft, natural background blur thanks to the 9-blade diaphragm, while the quiet autofocus stays smooth even while recording video. The customizable control ring lets you adjust focus, aperture, ISO, or exposure compensation on the fly, making this lens a flexible daily pick for portraits, street photography, and interiors alike.

• Works with Nikon Z mirrorless cameras in both FX and DX format (on DX bodies the view is like 60mm)
• f/2 max aperture with a 9-blade rounded diaphragm for smooth, natural background blur
• Quiet, fast autofocus that keeps focus breathing to a minimum, great for video work
• Customizable, click-less control ring — set it for manual focus, aperture, ISO, or exposure compensation
• Compact, lightweight build with close-focusing, handy for street shots, portraits, and interiors
