Uimoso Linear Rail Kit HGR20 2Pcs 2000 mm (78.74 in) Rails with 4 Slide Blocks

About this item

This Uimoso HGR20 kit gives you a complete linear motion set: two 2000 mm rails, four HGH20CA slide blocks, 68 end caps and 4 clamps, ready to mount on your machine. Hardened medium-carbon steel rails and alloy steel ball-bearing blocks keep motion quiet and low-friction, while the plated finish resists corrosion in damp shops or basements. Tight straightness and surface finish specs mean accurate, stable positioning even across the full 2000 mm travel.

• 2 linear rails (2000 mm / 78.74 in each) plus 4 HGH20CA slide blocks, 68 end caps and 4 rail clamps included
• Model HGR20 / HGH20CA-2000L, medium-carbon steel rails hardened to HRC58-62, alloy steel blocks with ball bearings for smooth travel
• Static load rating 27.76 kN (180 kg), dynamic load rating 17.75 kN (116 kg)
• Straightness of 0.1 mm over 2000 mm and surface finish 0.1-0.22 μm for precise, repeatable positioning
• Electroplated coating at least 10 μm thick guards against rust in humid spaces
• Works well on CNC routers, mills, grinders, drills, 3D printers and similar DIY or industrial builds
