About this item

The REDSHIFT ShockStop is a suspension stem built to soak up road and gravel chatter before it reaches your hands and arms. It delivers 20mm of damped vertical travel while keeping full lateral stiffness, so steering stays sharp even out of the saddle. Five interchangeable elastomers let you adjust the ride feel to your weight and terrain. Built for standard 1-1/8 inch steerer tubes and 31.8mm bars; it won't work with oversized steerer tubes.

Cuts bump and vibration impact by up to 70% for a smoother ride
20mm of vertical suspension travel while staying rigid side-to-side for solid sprinting and climbing
Comes with 5 swappable elastomers so you can tune the stiffness to your liking
Fits standard 1-1/8 inch (28.6mm) steerer tubes and 31.8mm handlebars (shims sold separately for smaller bars)
Not compatible with oversized steerer tubes
No maintenance needed, straightforward install
