About this item

The NH-U14S is Noctua's compact single-tower cooler built around a 140mm form factor, balancing serious cooling power with low noise. Its slim frame stays clear of RAM slots on AM4 and AM5 motherboards, so even tall memory sticks sit without interference. The bundled NF-A15 fan runs quietly thanks to PWM control and a Low-Noise Adaptor, while NT-H1 paste and the SecuFirm2 mounting system make setup simple across Intel LGA1851/1700/1200/115x and AMD AM5/AM4 platforms.

Slim single-tower design with a 140mm footprint delivers strong cooling without the bulk
Clears RAM slots on AM4 and AM5 boards, so tall memory modules fit with no issue
NF-A15 140mm PWM fan with included Low-Noise Adaptor keeps noise down while auto-adjusting speed
Comes with NT-H1 thermal paste and the SecuFirm2 mounting kit for straightforward installation
Fits Intel LGA1851, LGA1700, LGA1200, LGA115x and AMD AM5, AM4 sockets, with an offset mounting option for better airflow
A solid match for high-end chips like Intel Core Ultra 285K/265K/245K and AMD Ryzen 9950X, 9900X, 9700X, 9600X
