JFIT Deluxe Multi Exercise Doorway Pull-Up Bar with Comfort Grips, 40-Inch

About this item

This JFIT doorway pull-up bar mounts with screws and brackets for a stable, secure fit in doorways from 25.25 to 40 inches wide, holding up to 300 lbs. Neoprene comfort grips with Velcro backing offer three hand positions—wide, neutral, and close—for pull-ups, chin-ups, and dips, and the grips pop off for easy cleaning. Flip the bar down to the base of the doorway and it doubles as a sit-up bar for core exercises. A telescopic locking design and protective end caps keep it steady on both metal and wood door frames.

• Steel bar extends up to 40 inches, fitting doorways from 25.25 to 40 inches wide, rated for up to 300 lbs
• Mounts with screws and safety brackets (all hardware included) for a solid, wobble-free hold, plus rubber stoppers and end caps to protect your door frame
• Neoprene grips with Velcro straps stay locked in place and cushion your hands; grips are removable for cleaning
• Switch between wide, neutral, and close hand positions for pull-ups, chin-ups, and triceps dips
• Flip the bar to the bottom of the doorway to do sit-ups and crunches for core work
• Telescopic locking mechanism with tighter threads keeps the bar fixed at your chosen width, built to CPSC safety standards
