About this item
The AT2020 is a side-address studio condenser mic designed for home and project studio recording. Its low-mass diaphragm gives it an extended frequency response and accurate transient response, while its wide dynamic range and high SPL handling make it versatile across sources. The cardioid polar pattern focuses on sound in front of the mic and reduces pickup from the sides and back, and it connects through a standard 3-pin XLRM output.
- Side-address cardioid condenser mic built for home and project studios
- Low-mass diaphragm delivers extended frequency response and clean transient detail
- Handles high sound pressure levels with a wide dynamic range
- Cardioid pattern picks up sound from the front, rejecting noise from the sides and rear
- 74 dB signal-to-noise ratio for a clear, low-noise signal
- Connects via built-in 3-pin XLRM output
