About this item

This is a pair of fiber media converters that bridge a standard 10/100M Ethernet connection to single-mode fiber over SC connectors, reaching distances up to 25km. Each unit has one RJ45 port and one SC fiber port, supports auto MDI/MDIX cable detection, and works in full or half duplex depending on the side. Six LEDs let you monitor link and transfer status at a glance, and the internal power supply accepts a wide AC voltage range. The set ships as two converters (A and B) so you can link two points over fiber right out of the box.

Converts Ethernet to fiber signal using single-mode SC fiber, up to 25km reach
1x RJ45 port (10/100M) plus 1x SC fiber port, meets IEEE802.3z/AB and 1000Base-SX/LX standards
Auto-adapting RJ45 port handles both straight and crossover cable connections
Supports full/half duplex on Ethernet, full duplex on the fiber side, with flow control and jumbo packets up to 9K bytes
6 LED indicators (Power, FX Link/Act, TX 100, TX 1000, TX FDX, TX Act) for quick status checks
Sold as a pair (A & B units) with built-in power supply, works on AC100-265V input
