About this item

This doorway pull-up bar fits frames from 28.3 to 38.2 inches (72–97 cm) wide and installs in seconds with no tools, screws, or drilling — just don't use it on hollow-core or glass doors. Spring-pressured ends with non-slip pads and a double gear-lock system keep it firmly in place, supporting up to 440 lb without slipping or spinning. Soft PVC padding shields your door frame, while the EVA foam-covered grip keeps your hands comfortable through every set.

• Fits door frames 28.3–38.2 in (72–97 cm) wide — not made for hollow-core or glass doors
• Spring-loaded ends press against the frame automatically, with extra-large non-slip pads for a secure hold
• Double gear-lock design plus a thickened stainless steel tube stop the bar from turning or loosening, holding up to 440 lb
• No screws, no drilling — built-in spirit levels keep it straight, and soft PVC padding protects your door frame
