Nicepeople Adjustable Weight Bench up to 6'2", Dual-Support & ASTM-Tested Workout Bench & 10 Backrests for Chest Shoulders Arms for Home Gym, 660LBS Capacity but Compact and Foldable Strength Bench Apartment Room

About this item

The Nicepeople adjustable weight bench is built for home gyms with limited space, offering 10 backrest angles to cover flat, incline, and decline exercises. Its extended backrest and head support suit users up to 6'2", while the dual-support steel frame — rated to 660 lbs and ASTM-tested — keeps things stable through heavy or high-intensity sessions. The 85° upright position eases shoulder strain during presses, and the padded, sweat-resistant seat adds comfort workout after workout. When you're done, it folds flat to just 30.5" x 10.24" x 16.9" for storage under a bed or sofa.

• Long 35–37.2" backrest with adjustable head support, fits users up to 6'2"
• 10 backrest positions for flat, incline, and decline training
• Dual-support frame keeps the bench steady during sit-ups and heavy lifts
• 85° upright angle (instead of 90°) for a more natural pressing position
• Steel frame rated for 660 lbs, ASTM-tested, with non-slip foot caps
• Folds down to 30.5" x 10.24" x 16.9" for easy storage, assembles in about 5 minutes
